Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop organization & associate leadership & technical competencies.
• Ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer & federal requirements.
• Audit, analyze & make recommendations to ensure systems & processes are followed & to solve for issues related to products quality & uniformity.

 

Education and Certifications

Required:  Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline.

Desired: Master's Degree

Experience

• 5-7 years technical leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a union environment (as applicable).

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to manage a variety of concurrent projects,
• Must have strong communication, business, analytical & planning skills.
• Technical knowledge related to equipment processes & operation of equipment.
• Knowledge of customer requirements related to product quality.
