The Information Security team has the herculean task of assuring that customers can safely shop with peace of mind knowing their data and information will be safe and secure. Solving some of the most unique cyber security problems in the industry, our team members share an elevated level of creativity and ingenuity to secure data for one of the largest Omni-channel operations in the world.

As a Staff Systems and Infrastructure Engineer, Information Security on the IAM team, you will be responsible for building a solid foundation and being a hands-on expert in IAM engineering.

What you'll do:

You will help by providing subject matter expert knowledge of LDAP based directories, their architecture, and replication strategies to ensure resiliency and availability of our single sign-on data stores. Further you will help develop and maintain the IAM capability roadmaps and help set priorities for future strategies. 

You will also develop partnerships with platform, application teams and software vendors providing IAM software for onboarding IAM controls and address any issues. As well as providing guidance and mentorship for junior engineers. 

What you'll bring:

• A deep understanding of LDAP architecture and replication 
• Experience with deploying Virtual Directories and Directory Proxies 
• Experience with authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, etc.) 
• Experience with Identity, Authentication (different factors of authentication), and Authorization 
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, PRTG, etc. 
• Experience with PingDirectory is a plus  
• Experience with coding in Python, Java, or Bash and API integration is a plus
