Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Facilities Analyst to support the Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) Little Mountain Test Facility (LMTF) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Program (ICBM) in Ogden, UT
The overall responsibilities for The Boeing Company at LMTF is Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of unique and state-of-the-art nuclear hardness test labs to verify hardness and survivability for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) portfolio and multiple other Department of Defense (DoD) / Department of Energy (DoE) Programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Provides escorting support with suppliers, vendors, or USAF entities daily and as required
Supports interface with Government stakeholders to manage site facilities
Assist with Facility Management support with site projects and upgrades, assisting with facility tasks, maintaining digital records of daily activities, status, and work order information, and serves as the back-up to the site Facility Manager
Maintains LMTF’s vehicle fleet with daily, weekly, and monthly inspections. Collects data and provides status to LMTF Site Manager, Facility Manager, and Lab Managers
Manages data entry into multiple information and analysis management systems
Supports interface with Government stakeholders to manage site facilities
Provides material reports and any status change information to project team per established processes and communicate plan changes and recovery plans to others
Supports the development and update of task specific plans, deliverables and schedules
Provides support to meetings, assist with schedule and cost baseline control and forecast updates, tracking Subcontractor and Material Purchase Orders, participate in status reporting and milestone reviews
Supports operations team with inventory and supply management, escorting of subcontractors, facilities, government property management and other duties as assigned
Other tasks of a clerical/logistical/administrative nature as required by the site leadership
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
Experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience in Facility Management, Test & Evaluation, Test Planning, Test Labs, and/or Project Management
Experience in facility management, logistics, and/or supply chain operations
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
