Customer Order Intern with English or Spanish

Order Customer Team, which belongs to Personal Health (PH) products department within Philips Supply Chain Management structures. In our Philips PH portfolio, you can find our well-known products such as sonic toothbrushes, laser hair removals, trimers, hairdryers and more. Our customers are the biggest chain stores in Poland selling electronic and household devices, as well as private customers buying Philips products directly from us.  

Your role:

• Managing orders (standard and non-standard) with use of SAP and other supporting tools

• Performing configuration screening

• Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips)

• Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)

• Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines

You're the right fit if:

• You are a student of at least 2nd year of studies

• You are able to work 30-40h/ week

• You are fluent in English, Spanish will also be an asset.

• You have a basic knowledge of Excel and SAP.
