At Barron, a Hearth Design Expert will:

• Provide an exceptional consultative experience for our customers
• Actively listen to customer challenges regarding comfort, health, and energy efficiency to offer whole home solutions through education and connection
• Consistently maintain a ‘customer-first’ perspective
• Establish a good working relationship with all team members
• Provide support and leadership to those in the sales departments
• Turn in all required paperwork to ensure effective and efficient processing of jobs
• Diligently and thoroughly follow up with customers
• Brief and debrief technicians on jobs/installations, as applicable
• Communicate and address any outstanding issues and concerns regarding customer service immediately – draw in other departments if necessary
• Track all self-install unit and service parts, ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner
• Support warranty callbacks with the same zest as a new client experience is supported
• Diligently track leads, closure rates, and average sales
• Network with potential clients and prospects as well as other best-in-industry experts
• Be dedicated to developing a strong, broad customer reference base
• Report all requested information and data to supervisors
• Strive to continually increase product knowledge in order to convey the utmost confidence to the Customer
• Utilize Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to understand job performance and continually seek improvement
• Maintain a clean and orderly work vehicle

Experience & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years Sales or Industry Background is preferred but not required
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record 
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening 
• High School Diploma or GED 
• Must be at least 18 years of age 
• Legally eligible to work in the United States 

Compensation:

• Full-Time
• Guaranteed first year salary: $55,000-$75,000; DOE
• Base + Commission after the first year
