Cybersecurity Culture and Awareness Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our GRC team as a Cybersecurity Culture & Awareness Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to promote security awareness and cultivate a strong security culture within our organization. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with a background in marketing and communications, with a passion for cybersecurity and creative storytelling.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: 

• Creating engaging and educational newsletters to disseminate relevant cybersecurity information to employees and clients.
• Developing custom animations and storyboards to convey cybersecurity messaging in an engaging and visually appealing manner.
• Designing and producing tip sheets and posters to raise awareness of cybersecurity standard processes and promote a security-conscious mentality.
• Using Adobe Suite to build visually compelling graphics and materials for various marketing and communication initiatives.
• Providing communication support to leadership by drafting internal memos, presentations, and other materials as needed.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns aimed at promoting security awareness and driving engagement.
• Assisting in script writing for videos and other multimedia content related to cybersecurity education and awareness.
• Organizing and hosting quarterly Enterprise Cybersecurity Townhalls

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field 
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
• A passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to promoting security awareness and best practices
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing and communication initiatives. 
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
   

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Proficiency in Vyond, with experience in custom animation development and storyboarding.
• Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
