About the role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an energetic and curious-minded Knowledge Manager to join the Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team.
As the owner of the Private Pricing knowledge base, you will sit on a team of content strategists and producers defining and building enablement resources (e.g., learning modules, multimedia, website, reference material) to educate key customer cohorts on the Private Pricing program. As Knowledge Manager, you will own building, evolving, and enriching the Private Pricing enablement knowledge base. You will partner with internal stakeholders to define the program’s taxonomy and end-to-end program documentation to benefit multiple customer cohorts. You will own driving leadership alignment on proposed terminology and approach to guidance. You will also support program launches and updates that helps customer cohorts adapt to the changes. In addition, you will build and drive mechanisms to ensure consistency and standardization across the entire enablement content catalog. Through this work, you will play an instrumental role in enabling key customer cohorts to drive Private Pricing Program awareness and adoption, and increasing deal count and velocity.

-Bachelor's degree
-5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Self-driven learner; ability to deep-dive and master foreign concepts quickly
Strong editorial judgment and proven experience driving business results through content
Ability to influence and coach others in order to drive rigor and high bar
Ability to master complex concepts quickly and independently
Experience in B2B enterprise tech sales enablement
Strong business acumen and tenacity; ability to work autonomously through ambiguity and complexity in a fast-moving environment to drive results
Unflappable poise; can pivot gracefully
Data- and feedback-driven; dedicated to continuous improvements
Experience working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization

The base pay for this position ranges from $73,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Basic Qualifications
