Responsibilities:

Manage Maintenance team and assign Maintenance daily tasks
Help develop a safe and productive working environment

Work with supervisors on process improvements

Drive long-term reliability improvements through root cause corrections to improve uptime

Develop and maintain standards TPM program, spare parts management, KPI metrics

 

Qualifications:

Associate degree in engineering or similar field
5+ years of experience in machine maintenance in a manufacturing environment
Experience in leading people 
Ability to implement process and procedures
Experience in change management
