We need a Senior Accountant to jump in and help closing the books, solving problems, and improving processes to ensure accounting aligns with Pattern’s future objectives. This is a full-time position and will work a hybrid schedule (three days in office, two days remote each week) based in Lehi, Utah at Pattern’s global headquarters.
This role will be primarily focused on the SaaS businesses within Pattern, but will also own responsibilities that relate to Pattern’s core eCommerce business.

Frequently Asked Questions, What is a day in the life of a Senior Accountant?

  • Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting with appropriate GAAP treatment
  • Provide solutions to streamline/speed up month-end close
  • Assist with annual independent financial and statutory audits
  • Provide timely and accurate analysis of historical financials
  • Provide reporting and solutions for ad-hoc information requests
  • Ensure that effective internal controls are in place to ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal and state regulations for financial and fiscal reporting
  • Support the Corporate Controller and work directly with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service, respond to internal and external inquiries regarding accounting related activities, and utilize judgment to address or escalate issues as necessary


  • What will I need to thrive in this role?
  • BS in Accounting required
  • MAcc preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience (SaaS industry preferred)
  • Organized and analytical with relentless attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-directed and willing to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Natural ability and desire to work on a team
  • Excellent professional communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task based on current demands
