Transportation Billing Specialist

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Querétaro office.</p><p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p><ul> <li>Coordinate with drivers to ensure all load delivery paperwork is collected on time</li> <li>Review and validate invoices by checking payment authorization, corporate policies and compliance of documentation requirements</li> <li>Travel to the yard to collect invoices and operational documentation as is needed.</li> <li>Audit invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of paperwork / rate agreements</li> <li>Work with Dispatch and various outside providers to resolve billing issues.</li> <li>Provide weekly feedback to management via progress reports</li> <li>Follow-up on outstanding invoices and collect all payments</li> <li>Monitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payments and other irregularities and update payments / reconciliation in QuickBooks.</li> <li>Investigate delinquent receivables accounts by communicating with customers via email and phone.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>3+ Experience in transportation companies is considered an asset</li> <li>Possibility to drive and collect documentation in yard</li> <li>Extensive experience with collection of payments and billing customers</li> <li>Business Administration Degree; or Completion of a college program</li> <li>Courses in bookkeeping, accounting or a related subject is required</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including conflict resolution</li> <li>Minimum of at least one (1) year of billing experience</li> <li>Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Competitive Salary</li> <li>Healthcare Benefit Package</li> <li>Career Growth</li> <li>Saving funds</li> <li>Food coupons</li> <li>Performance bonus</li> <li>Christmas Bonus + Christmas Loyalty Bonus</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p>In Charger Logistics we care about giving equal opportunities to each candidate and employee, we consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or family status, medical condition, or disability.</p><p>We invest time and support in you to provide the room to learn, grow and work your way up.
