Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $27.72 – $39.60 (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case basis)

• Shift Differentials:

  • Night Shift: +$3.00/hour

  • Weekend Shift: +$2.00/hour

Position Overview

We are hiring compassionate and experienced Oncology RNs to join our medical-surgical team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals facing cancer diagnoses. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care

• Advocate for patients’ safety, comfort, and dignity

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care providers

• Educate patients and their families about treatments, procedures, and medications

• Respond effectively to clinical changes and manage complex patient needs

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida or eligibility to obtain before start

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

• Acute care experience preferred

• Long-term acute care (LTAC) experience considered

• BLS certification required

• ACLS required within 6 months of hire

• BSN preferred

Shift Options

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (rotating weekends)

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (rotating weekends)

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5 – 1:6
