Project Account Manager: Come work as a construction Project Account Manager with a growing company. Project Account Managers are in charge of assisting our Reconstruction Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects, as well as managing insurance carriers or third party administrators. This position involves new job intake, monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and ensuring that project deadlines are met.

What does an Project Account Manager with Paul Davis do?
- Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
- Oversees office administrative operations and works directly with Project Managers
- Creates office systems that facilitate invoicing and collecting on accounts
- Problem solves and helps people find solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers about job progress.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
- Manage partnership with insurance carriers and/or third party administrators
- Assist intake when new jobs come in and appropriately documenting in the system
Requirements:
- 1+ year in restoration construction or equivalent preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge file management and other administrative procedures.
- Work on tight deadlines
- Extremely organized and ability to multi-task
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely organized and demand for detail

The Location:Phoenix, AZ
Compensation and Benefits:
- $18 — $25 depending on the level of experience
