What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead & Inspire a dynamic sales team toward ambitious goals

• Drive Operations across all aspects of luxury automotive sales

• Master the Customer Experience with Porsche's legendary Guest Experience standards

• Manage High-Performance Processes from lead generation to delivery

• Develop & Coach team members to achieve their full potential

• Ensure Excellence in our showroom presentation and customer interactions

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of luxury automotive retail sales management experience

• Porsche experience is strongly preferred (you know why Porsche is special!)

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience

• Leadership DNA with proven ability to motivate and develop teams

• Process-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills

• Customer obsession and commitment to the Porsche experience

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• State sales license (or ability to obtain)
