About the role

Position Summary:

Assist in the coordination and management of the design of architectural Irvine Company Retail Properties development and re-investment projects.

Job Duties:

  • Support team leadership in the design implementation process for new ICRP development and re-investment projects both on and off site from Irvine Ranch.
  • Support ICRP's interests throughout the design and construction process with all architectural design consultants and their sub-consultants, where necessary.
  • Interface with the Vice President of Architecture and RPD team for project goals and design direction.
  • Coordinate on a project-by-project basis with consultant designers and project managers, construction directors and leasing managers to track programming and project requirements.
  • Oversee relationships with project consultants for assigned projects throughout the design and construction delivery phase.
  • Review architectural design consultants and sub-consultants design drawings, construction documents and specifications for constructability and design intent based on development programming and project requirements.
  • Coordinate on a project-by-project basis the review and/or execution of project submittals, shop drawings, ASI's and RFI's for project design conformance.
  • On-site field coordination on a project-by-project basis interfacing with all members of the project team.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

  • Undergraduate degree in architecture design.
  • 5 to 8 years working experience.
  • Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite Programs.
  • Licensed interior architect or architect preferred.

 Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $98,200.00 - $131,600.00

 

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
