Job Description:

As a Software Developer at BN, an Augeo company, you will be instrumental in developing both web and mobile applications and SDKs. Your role will involve working with React for web development and React Native for mobile applications, ensuring a seamless, high-performance user experience across platforms. You will develop user interface components, follow established React.js workflows, and maintain the quality of both web and mobile applications through robust and easy-to-maintain code. Collaboration with team members across different layers of the infrastructure is key, emphasizing problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js for web and React Native for mobile
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a wide array of web-capable devices and browsers as well as mobile platforms
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs to ensure system compatibility
• Identifying web-based and mobile user interactions and providing solutions for a better user experience

Requirements

What you need to be successful in this role:

• 3+ years of experience as a software developer
• Strong experience in front-end development with React.js
• Proficient in CSS, HTML, and writing cross-browser compatible code
• Experience using JavaScript building tools like NPM and Yarn
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience in mobile development with React Native, Swift, or Kotlin
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, and CI/CD tools
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
