About the team

Partner Success sits within Commercial Success and manages Bubble's certified agency network. We grow agency-driven revenue, keep partners healthy and active, and work with SDRs to route customers to the right partner. Our north star is partner activity and client deployment velocity — not partner count.

About the role

As Partner Success Manager, you'll own the relationships across our Gold, Silver, and Bronze agency tiers. You'll run partner QBRs, track health metrics, and work alongside lead-routing SDRs to connect customers the direct motion can't convert with the right certified agency. You'll also help operate the revshare model and feed the flywheel that converts partner-led accounts into Enterprise.

In this role, you'll:

• Manage Gold/Silver/Bronze agency relationships, running partner QBRs and tracking health metrics

• Drive partner activity and client deployment velocity as your primary success measures

• Partner with lead-routing SDRs to route customers the AM motion can't convert to the right certified agency

• Help operate the tier-driven revshare model, including renewal bonuses and Enterprise-conversion flywheel credit

• Support partner and agency certification standards and marketplace placement for qualified partners

• Surface partner and customer feedback to internal teams to improve the program

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in partnerships, channel, account management, or a customer-facing role

• Experience managing external partners or agencies, ideally with a revshare or channel model

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Analytical mindset; comfortable working from partner health and deployment data

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment
