Graphic Design Specialist - Marketing and Communications

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role:

• Creates visual content communicating Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare’s (TMH) mission, services, and brand effectively.
• Conceptualizes, designs, and produces high-quality graphics for print and digital media (e.g., brochures, posters, event signage, newsletters, social media, and web content).
• Collaborates with the Marketing & Communications and Digital teams to develop marketing materials, digital graphics, and educational resources aimed at enhancing patient engagement and supporting the hospital’s initiatives.
• Provides photography and video support; captures, edits, and post-produces content for projects (e.g., physician headshots, social media videos, event photography, etc.).
• Designs and lays out presentations showcasing the Digital and Marketing & Communications teams’ work to leadership.
• Maintains TMH’s digital asset management system.
• Performs miscellaneous duties not expressly described herein.

• Dir/Marketing & Communications (JC: 227402)

• None.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.

 

Required Experience:

• Four (4) years of directly related professional experience.

 

Preferred Experience:

• Strong understanding of digital and print design standards.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
