Maintenance Technician

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on equipment and buildings to ensure they are in optimal condition.

**Qualifications:**
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Ability to handle power tools and machinery safely.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks.
- Handling basic repairs and troubleshooting various systems.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Assisting with the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems.
- Collaborating with contractors and other workers when necessary.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following health and safety guidelines.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
- Experience with maintenance software.
- Strong attention to detail.
