Sr. ServiceNow Architect and Integration Lead

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect & AI Integration Lead to spearhead enterprise-wide ServiceNow strategy and innovation. This role requires deep platform expertise, architectural leadership, and a strong understanding of AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate will help build scalable SNOW delivery capabilities, develop a Center of Excellence in India, and lead the integration of Agentic AI into ServiceNow modules.

Strategic Initiatives and Impact:

• Lead SNOW solution design and implementation for PAM Health
• Build RTS’ core SNOW delivery capabilities and reusable service offerings
• Drive innovation by integrating Agentic AI and LLM workflows into SNOW
• Support presales solutioning for SNOW engagements
• Establish and grow a ServiceNow COE in India for global delivery

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the lead architect for ServiceNow platform strategy, ensuring business-IT alignment Architect and implement SNOW modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom apps Define development standards, enforce governance, and maintain architectural integrity Lead platform integrations with external systems (SAP, Salesforce, custom APIs, etc.) Guide global development teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive DevOps maturity Collaborate with AI engineering teams to integrate LLMs, Agentic AI, and cognitive services Own platform scalability planning, solution blueprints, and performance optimization Stay current with SNOW releases and assess new capabilities for enterprise relevance Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and performance requirements Participate in roadmap planning, stakeholder workshops, and agile delivery cycles Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 8+ years in IT with 5+ years in ServiceNow platform roles
• Experience leading enterprise-scale SNOW architecture initiatives

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – Required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – Preferred
• One or more Implementation Specialist certs – Preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Strong plus
• In-depth knowledge of SNOW data models, architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
• Hands-on with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and Service Portal
• Experience with SNOW DevOps, CI/CD, ATF, Agile, and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks is a plus
• Strong collaboration skills, ability to work cross-functionally successfully
