Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Vaughan, as the Warehouse Clerk :

 

• Coordinate with internal production, customer fulfillment, sales, and planning departments regarding inventory levels and delivery timelines and collaborate to solve logistics challenges

• Contribute to inventory management and support warehouse operations, ensuring timely deliveries to external warehouses and customers and ensuring timely receipt of inbound products

•  Plan daily shipments for loads for the warehouse, including coordinating QNs/returns for inventory, as needed

• Work closely with S&OP team and production planners to balance inventory levels and aging stock and follow-up accordingly

• Utilize various systems, such SAP and Ryder, to consistently achieve service level and efficiency targets through a continuous improvement approach

• Train and develop warehouse employees on SAP and Ryder, and act as the point of contact to resolve challenges

• Coordinate inventory cycle counts

• Monitor maintenance and requirements for the trucks and coordinate with the supplier to address needs

• Support various warehouse projects, as required

• Act as back-up support for the logistics department, as required

• Support divisional and corporate objectives including health & safety, continuous improvement, innovation, quality, waste and 5S;

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to support and advise business partners on occupational health and safety issues

• Agility needed to work with various technological tools
