Senior Informatica MDM & RDM Implementation Lead (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Informatica Master & Reference Data Management (MDM/RDM) Implementation Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of a strategic MDM/RDM platform.

In this role, you will take technical and functional ownership of Informatica MDM and RDM implementations, ensuring that data governance principles are translated into robust, operational master data solutions.

This is a remote position, with occasional travel to Switzerland if required for key workshops or milestones.

Your Responsibilities

Lead Master Data Implementation

• Drive the business-aligned implementation of Informatica MDM and RDM

• Translate data governance frameworks into operational master and reference data

• Define and validate golden records for customer/party and reference data domains

Functional & Technical Ownership

• Own the functional and technical design, including:

  • Data models

  • Match & merge rules

  • Survivorship logic

  • Stewardship workflows

• Configure Informatica MDM to reflect business rules and governance standards

Stakeholder & Partner Oversight

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and data stewards

• Oversee and review work delivered by system integration partners

• Validate Informatica configurations, integrations, and data migration rules

Data Quality & Stewardship Enablement

• Ensure high data quality through profiling, cleansing, and deduplication

• Validate match accuracy, merge results, and golden record completeness

• Configure and support stewardship workflows

• Train data stewards, business users, and IT stakeholders

Deliverables

• Fully implemented Informatica MDM and RDM solution

• Configured data models, rules, and workflows

• Golden record definition and validation documentation

• Data quality and match/merge performance metrics

• Stewardship operating procedures

• Partner delivery acceptance and handover documentation

• Training materials for business and IT users

Requirements

Required Experience & Skills

Mandatory

• 7+ years of experience in Master and/or Reference Data Management

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Informatica MDM/RDM

• Proven experience implementing:

  • Match & merge rules

  • Survivorship logic

  • Golden records

  • Stewardship workflows

Essential

• Strong ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders

• Experience translating governance concepts into operational MDM solutions

• Experience working with system integrators or delivery partners

• Comfortable taking ownership of complex, enterprise-scale data platforms
