Consolidation and Finance Expert (m/f/d)

<h2 id="about-the-job"><strong>About the Job</strong></h2> <p>We’re looking for an experienced Consolidation and Finance Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies to ensure proper consolidation of their financial data in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). </p> <p>In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on resolving accounting issues and performing financial data consolidation while supporting the further development of their internal control system. </p> <p>Join our portfolio company: An Austrian MedTech company focused on manufacturing dental CAD/CAM equipment and materials. This leading pioneer of digital dental technology has offices across the globe.</p> <h2 id="in-this-role-youll"><strong>In this role, you’ll:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Be responsible for planning, organising and executing the consolidation of financial data in accordance with IFRS</li> <li>Ensure that all subsidiaries are included in the consolidation and that financial data is consolidated accurately and in a timely manner</li> <li>Be responsible for the timely creation/consolidation of our portfolio company’s group-wide reporting according to IFRS and the associated sub-reports for various stakeholders</li> <li>Ensure IFRS compliance by monitoring developments in IFRS and updating processes accordinglyConduct detailed analyses of consolidated financial data to identify key insights and initiate decision-making processes with key stakeholders</li> <li>Monitor, develop and optimse the company's internal control system to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes</li> <li>Assist with internal and external audits, making sure that all necessary documentation and information is available for audit purposes</li> <li>Develop integrated corporate planning and forecasting for individual companies and the group</li> <li>Collaborate with relevant departments to prepare financial forecasts and budgets at a consolidated level</li> <li>Support in the group's liquidity planning, including monitoring cash flow, liquidity forecasts</li> <li>Implement and document the group-wide transfer price structure and support in developing its strategic design</li> <li>Provide training and assistance to employees in complying with internal control procedures and policies</li> </ul> <h2 id="your-profile"><strong>Your Profile</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Relevant professional experience in the consolidation of financial data in accordance with IFRS</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data</li> <li>Knowledge of the consolidation software LucaNet or comparable software is an advantage</li> <li>High level of integrity and ethics to manage confidential financial information and maintain ethical standards</li> <li>Reliability, flexibility, resilience and a structured way of working</li> <li>Very good knowledge of MS Excel</li> <li>Completed university degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field</li> <li>Strong communications skills in German and English</li> </ul> <p>Please note that we are looking for support in the <strong>Mäder (Vorarlberg, Austria)</strong> office of our portfolio company.
