BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Yorkville Community Unit School District 115 is seeking an Physical Therapist to provide student services support. The District Physical Therapist provides therapy to students eligible for related services, which is designed to maximize their potential for learning in the school environment, to maximize their ability to function in all environments, and to educate them in how to maintain functional physical skills.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS:
- Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Illinois Licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Previous experience with individuals with special needs preferred
- Previous experience with physical therapy in educational settings desirable
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, families, team members, and others
Starting Hourly Rate: $45.00 - $55.00 / hour
