The Job
Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood gets you closer to the entertainment you love by taking guests on the lot of a working studio. The Studio Tour gives guests a revealing look behind the camera at how Hollywood magic is made. From Friends and The Big Bang Theory to Harry Potter and the DC Universe, fans have the opportunity to explore the nearly 100-year-old studio as they visit the real sets and soundstages on the iconic 110-acre backlot, celebrating where the greatest entertainment in history is made.

The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting and driving sales for Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood by defining and managing the brand, conducting campaign and marketing initiatives, producing marketing and promotional materials, creating content, driving sales through re-sellers, monitoring all press and social media channels, producing internal communications, conducting customer and market research, and overseeing outside vendors and agencies.
The Daily
Administration Support: This role will coordinate agency meetings and meetings with other studio departments. Additionally, this role will support the Trade Sales team by tracking contracts, reporting on trade sales performance and general department support as required that may include answering phones, filing, and mailing/shipping.
Reporting: Pull & Compile weekly/monthly recaps & produce reports relative to marketing spend. Prepare new vendor forms, follow-up on PO submissions/approvals, update budget tracking sheet. Report on GL Accounts variances. and accruals. Manage reporting for consumer insight data collection via various platforms
Creative Content Coordination: This role will also support presentation editing using PowerPoint, Photoshop, video editing, and other creative support such as proof-reading, copywriting and editing, as well as assisting on PR and social media shoots, using camera equipment.
Event Coordination: Help support initiatives related to various events (i.e. press events, special features like Horror Made Here, fam trips and press tours) by coordination logistics, setting up studio passes, hosting guests and other support as required. Coordinate logistics for Trade shows and Sales missions, manage production and delivery of Travel Trade collateral and giveaways.
The Essentials
College graduate preferred with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Finance.
Experience with managing a budget, understanding of basic financial principles such as accrual accounting, event/logistic coordination, editing/creating PowerPoint presentations.
Technical Experience: SAP/ WB Financial Systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint/Word, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photo Shop, Illustrator)
Requires strong financial and commercial acumen. Excellent writing skills, strong communications skills, exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and pay close attention to detail. Candidate should be comfortable working in an ever changing environment where priorities can shift at a fast clip. Background must demonstrate working in a collaborative team environment. Be customer centric in approach to business, comfort working across all levels of a complex organization, and have the ability to adapt and take on ad-hoc projects. Must be willing to work during some weekends and holidays if needed.
Must hold valid driver’s license to drive carts, must be able to lift (under 50lbs).
