Lead Financial Analyst - Global Supply Chain Solutions

We are currently seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join our Global Finance team to support our Global Supply Chain Solutions  Business Segment.  This role will be a Mobile schedule working 2 days a week at our Cranberry Township, PA HQ location.

 

Your Day to Day:

• Provide daily financial support to GSCS operational staff
• Lead preparation, development, and delivery of the annual 5-year business plan
• Lead preparation and review of cost center budgets and SAP labor rates
• Deliver operational reports to support review and analysis of net spend
  • Detailed contractor spend
  • Clearances/labor review
• Cost center actuals vs plan
• IT initiative spend

Lead monthly closing, forecasting and reporting deliverables

• Journal entries
• Analyze financial results/variances
• Distribute forecast file and coordinate Director input
• Month end walks and forecast presentation materials

Review Wave Savings proposals

Provide KPI metrics for

• Cost per Purchase Order

• Headcount planning

Provide support for ad hoc initiatives and analyses

 

 

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
• 7-+ years relevant experience
• Accounting or Finance certification preferred
• Excellence in consolidation and reporting system use
• Strong project cost reporting and analysis skills 
• Demonstrated financial planning & analysis skills for Income Statement and Balance sheet
• Communication and presentation skills in an international business environment
