Are you a compassionate and experienced nursing professional with a passion for leadership and community health? We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing to join our dedicated team and help drive excellence in care across our clinical sites. In this vital leadership role, you will support the Director of Nursing and play a key part in shaping patient care delivery, mentoring staff, and ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient clinical environment for all.

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will provide both administrative and clinical oversight, helping to develop and implement nursing practices that promote health maintenance, patient education, and the treatment of complex health needs. Working collaboratively with clinical and operational leadership, you will lead initiatives focused on Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), performance management, infection control, and regulatory compliance. You'll also play an active role in staff development—coaching nurses, organizing training, and fostering a culture of accountability, empathy, and excellence in service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
   
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
   
• Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
   
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Pediatrics, OB/GYN, or Adult Medicine
   
• Prior leadership or administrative experience (community health preferred)
   
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills
   
• Bilingual a plus
