The Department of Ophthalmology at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a board eligible/ board certified optometrist to join our established academic practice. The position involves clinical care of patients including comprehensive eye care in collaboration with physicians and technicians. Specific interests in the medical management of glaucoma, ocular disease, and perioperative care are preferred. The department has twelve members including two neuro-ophthalmologists, three optometrists and seven ophthalmologists who cover all sub-specialty areas of ophthalmology.
Candidates should be residency trained, licensed in the state of Florida and willing to participate in the department’s academic activities.
