Senior Software Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecture, troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring stability and security of enterprise level systems and applications. This role requires hands-on experience with business intelligence (BI) tools and data migration processes. Candidates seeking this role should have experience in responding to platform alerts, perform scheduled maintenance, and execute test plans to ensure seamless operations and system reliability. Some VOIP experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Reporting:

• Develop and maintain reporting solutions using leading BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
• Implement light development work to enhance reporting systems and integrate data sources
• Leverage experience with Snowflake for data integration and reporting
• Assist in the design, development and testing of software applications

Data Migration:

• Lead or support data migration initiatives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security
• Design and execute migration strategies and validation processes

Operational Support:

• Monitor and respond to platform alerts, ensuring swift issue resolution and minimal downtime
• Perform scheduled maintenance activities, including upgrades, patches, and system optimizations
• Execute test plans to validate system changes and ensure production readiness
• Document process, changes and technical solutions

VOIP Support (Preferred):

• Manage and troubleshoot VOIP platforms.
• Collaborate with vendors or technical teams to resolve VOIP-related issues.

API Technologies:

• Apply knowledge of API technologies to integrate systems and streamline workflows
• Ensure secure and efficient communication between data sources and reporting platforms
