Position Summary
We are currently looking for a mid-level Associate with experience in securitization to join our Capital Markets practice group. The securitization team handles complex domestic and cross-border matters related to esoteric financing products, offering the expertise required to bring new and novel asset classes to market. We work with leading global brands and companies on significant transactions, including whole-business securitizations, rental car financings, fleet lease transactions, receivables facilities, and other esoteric asset financings.

Duties and Accountabilities1
- Work on sophisticated, high-profile transactions for top-tier clients across industries.
- Take ownership of key deal components, working directly with partners and clients.
- Engage in structuring, drafting and negotiation of complex deal documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, intellectual property, tax and regulatory specialists, to deliver seamless, business-focused solutions.
- Develop into a trusted advisor, mastering both the legal and commercial aspects of transactions.
Qualifications
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree (LLM or foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the New York bar (or the ability to become admitted) and in good standing
- 4+ years of relevant law firm or in-house experience; transactional experience required
