Corporate Platinum Customer Care Professional

How will you make an impact in this role?

We are excited to continue to provide career development opportunities for our colleagues and are pleased to announce the opportunity to join the Corporate Platinum Servicing Team as a Customer Care Professional! Corporate Platinum Care Professionals are essential partners in creating a high value, white glove experience for our Corporate Platinum Card Members, while delivering on our customer first principles. This is a Tier 3 Band 25 permanent position based in Phoenix, AZ.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 2 years of customer contact experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to apply strong analytical problem-solving skills and implementation of effective solutions based on root-cause analysis
• Passion for servicing clients with proactive solutions that grow relationships by demonstrating proven relationship-building, problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to deliver superior service, while successfully multitasking in order to determine true need and emotional connection
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication
• Flexible to work any schedule based on business needs Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 8:00PM EST

This is a hybrid position based in the Phoenix Service Center (Canyon)

Salary Range: $20.00 to $33.05 hourly + bonus + benefits
