Pay £13.98 per hour (£27,338 per annum) plus instant pay access with Stream and top 10 wellbeing rating
Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced female team leader to oversee care delivery, within our female-only service. This role involves leading a small team of support workers and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for a female customer, (let's call them X) to help them reach their full potential.
What you’ll do
You’ll manage a team of PBS Support Workers centred around a customer with complex presentation.
You and your team will support customers with any aspect of their day-to-day living. You’ll work in a person-centred, strengths-based and psychologically informed way, so they can enjoy the best possible quality of life
You’ll be in regular contact with your manager updating, escalating and reporting on all aspects of the service delivery.
You’ll be responsible for planning and overseeing complex support working with customers who display behaviours of concern and may require personal care working alongside Home Group’s local multi-disciplinary team

You have
Experience in CQC Regulated services, a Level 4 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care or equivalent or prepared to work towards it.
A patient and calm approach, able to adapt your style to X's needs, as well as to the specific occasion and circumstances, even when they challenge us.
Experience of positive risk management, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of customers and colleagues.
Knowledge and experience of PEG feeding and PEG feed management.
Experience of supporting individuals with epilepsy.
Leadership skills and experience supervising or mentoring care staff.
