Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly responsive professional to join our dynamic team as a Client Services Manager for our Private Wealth division.  Ideal candidates will be self-driven, detail-oriented problem solvers with exceptional skills at building strong relationships both internally and externally to support and promote a positive client experience. This role is crucial in enhancing and maintaining our high net worth clients’ connections within the firm.

Requirements

You'll Get a Chance To

  • Manage the Private Wealth Client Services Team with responsibility for training, coaching, and professional development. 
  • Oversee the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all aspects of the Client Services team’s work.
  • Work directly with Partners, Management, and Advisors on outside-the-box client and firm-related requests. 
  • Liaise with custodial service teams, vendors, and any other third parties. 
  • Resolve escalated client issues swiftly and positively.
  • Utilize your deep level of industry knowledge to provide leadership to the team in resolving service-related matters. 
  • Evaluate and improve Client Services process and training, including maintenance, development, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and the Client Services Manual.
  • Participate in software conversions and new software implementations.
  • Provide training to Aldrich staff members on Wealth-specific software to support processes, efficiencies, and protocols.


What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or applicable years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Minimum three years of experience supervising others.
  • Extensive experience with portfolio management software(s), contact management software(s), and strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.

Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the full-time position is $110,000-$130,000 annual salary.
