More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Customer Order Specialist in Warsaw with Signify. This role is a fixed term role for 18 months.

• You will monitor e-ordering and placing orders in SAP.
• You will have a daily routine of checks for order confirmation.
• You will monitor e-invoicing and issuing invoices according to customer requirements.
• You will solve customer complaints.
• You will collaborate closely with clients in assuring after-sales support.

More about you

• Previous experience in similar role in customer service and operations domain.
• Basic knowledge of sales, pricing and project management processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel reporting, formulas, pivots, macro's.
• SAP/ EDI /Power BI knowledge - nice to have.
• Positive attitude and proactivity.
• Stakeholder management skills and ability to build efficient collaboration with commercial & sales.
• Client centric attitude.
• Problem solving skills.
• English language (B2 level at least), Ukrainian/Latvian/Lithuanian/Estonian (nice to have)
