Summer Intern, Sports Marketing

As the Sports Marketing Intern at Red Bull, you will work alongside the National Sports Marketing Manager to contribute to the development and execution of our Sports Marketing strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will have opportunities to collaborate with several teams within Sports Marketing, including Athletes, Events, and General Sports. Job Description

EVENT SUPPORT AND EXECUTION

Support the Sports Marketing team with department communication, projects, and presentations

Assist in the coordination and logistics of the annual offsite Sports Marketing Meeting, including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event analysis

Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in sports marketing, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth

ATHLETE & EVENT ACTIVITY TRACKING

Contribute to the tracking, organization, and documentation of events, athlete projects, activations, initiatives, and podium wins

Support the workflow and maintenance of our internal communications tool nationally (i.e., Sportsnet)

BUDGET MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT

Support the Sports Marketing team including maintaining databases and tracking and management budgets related to Sport Marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age

Able to work up to 40 hours per week

Enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate in a university or college

Passion for sports and an understanding of the sports industry is a plus

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field is a plus

Excellence in academic life and extra-curricular achievements

Additional Information

The rate for this position is $ 22.00/hour
