About this role

Our Digital Consulting Team includes the most senior people at Flying Bisons, such as Senior Partners. We bring together the best of Flying Bisons' digital capabilities and, with support from other departments, help our clients use digital technology to drive their businesses and transform their digital platforms. As part of the Digital Consulting team, you'll have the opportunity to work on products that reach millions of customers, shaping their digital experience.

You will typically work on projects across various industries and functions (though we've recently focused mainly on the Public Sector, Banking, Telco, and E-commerce). You will help our clients develop breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses, both in technology and non-technology areas.

As a Senior Digital Consultant, you'll lead or be part of a team responsible for starting high-stakes projects on a large scale. This includes kicking off projects at the initial stage, from Discovery through Strategy to Concept & Validation (MVP / POC). You'll then partner with a Product Manager, who will advance the project into Product Delivery.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Project delivery, encompassing stages from Discovery through Strategy to Concept & Validation (MVP / POC)
• Facilitating workshops and leading business meetings
• Coordinating and managing teams
• Engaging and managing stakeholder relationships
• Collaborating closely with all other departments
• Demonstrating digital leadership
• Reviewing and adapting strategies
• Solving complex problems
• Creating digital strategies
• Direct reporting to a Senior Partner

Your Profile & Skills Required

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Demonstrated success in the digital sector with a proven professional track record
• A track record of outstanding academic, managerial, or professional achievements
• 6 years of experience in digital consulting
• Good command of written and spoken English (C1 level)
• A degree in a technical field such as digital technology, computer science, design, engineering, or IT
• Navigating Uncertainty: Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively in situations of ambiguity and uncertainty. Proactively seek answers and solutions
• Outcome Driven Mindset: Embrace a results-oriented approach, focusing on delivering tangible outcomes for clients

• Willingness to travel (Europe and the Middle East)
