 Your Day-to-Day:

Join our client’s dynamic Smart Grid team as a Change Management & Marketing Communications Specialist, where you'll drive transformational changes across our client’s cutting-edge energy infrastructure initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to translate complex technical innovations into compelling narratives that inspire stakeholder adoption and business transformation.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop executive-level presentations and strategic communications that showcase Smart Grid value propositions to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Create visually compelling product demonstrations, infographics, and interactive materials that bring energy solutions to life.
•  Design and manage learning content, including animations and multimedia resources, to accelerate organizational adoption of new technologies.
•  Lead change management initiatives that support seamless integration of Smart Grid innovations across business units.
• Partner with technical teams to translate complex data analytics and operational benefits into clear, actionable business stories

 

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• Expert-level presentation design and storytelling capabilities with proven executive audience experience.
• Advanced skills in graphic design, content visualization, and multimedia production.
• Self-motivated professionals with exceptional organizational and content management abilities.
• Experience in learning management systems and educational content development.
• Strong change management background with ability to drive cultural transformation
