We do this by optimising cost, emissions and reliability at a plant and microgrid level. We implement solutions such as decarbonisation services and outcome-based service agreements, which include quantifiable targets that are mutually agreed upon based on customer needs. Growing the coverage of these service agreements is a strategic priority for Wärtsilä.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are now looking for a Senior Market &amp; Financial Analyst to join our Decarbonisation Services team in the Energy Services Business. The location for this position is open, but to be successful you need to be accessible to our global customers. We offer the possibility of hybrid remote work. In this role, you will report to the General Manager, Market &amp; Financial Analysis and work closely with people across the organisation, both in Energy Services and in the Energy Business more broadly.<br/>   <br/> Your role and responsibilities:<br/>  <br/> As a Senior Market &amp; Financial Analyst, you will support agreement sales by identifying, analysing and developing new value propositions for our service agreements and conducting financial feasibility analyses and business case modelling. You will also support sales teams in deal structuring, preparing proposals, and carrying out risk analyses. You will work closely with i.a. power system modelling teams and be responsible for translating technical solutions and decarbonisation initiatives into business cases for our customers and Wärtsilä.</p> <p> <br/> Requirements for the position: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>You hold a degree in Finance, Energy, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management or another field that supports the task</li> <li>You have at least 2 years of recent work experience in similar tasks</li> <li>You are fluent in English, other language skills are considered an advantage </li> </ul> <p> <br/> To be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have: <br/>  </p> <ul> <li>Experience in modelling and deriving insights from data, and capabilities to convert results into convincing customer stories</li> <li>An understanding of the dynamics in the energy industry, and a passion for re-thinking the way we serve our customers</li> <li>A positive and proactive approach, demonstrating ownership and responsibility for driving your own work</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Why you and us?   <br/>   <br/> You are valued – as your true self.
