Assistant Director of Sales and Outreach

Type: Full-Time
Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, Day shift
Wage: $17-19/hr DOE

Location: Avamere at Rio Rancho - 1000 Riverview Drive SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124

Responsibilities:

• Daily sales planning
• Weekly regional sales meeting & ED one on one
• Sales team responsible for Sherpa and personal goals, and keeping sales systems updated
• Tour prospective residents, family members and executive outreach.
• Execute, create, and follow up on outreach
• Administrative tasks such as returning voicemails and emails promptly.
• Utilize senior sign for resident move-in documents.

Qualifications:

• Must have 2-5 years of experience in sales, with proven ability to “close" a high percentage of quality leads.
• Must present a professional appearance and reputation to represent Avamere and this facility.
• Must possess the ability to work independently; must be a self-starter.
• Experience with a Client Management System preferred.
• Knowledge and experience interacting with residents of this nature.
• Knowledge of patient admissions processes preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle for transportation.
