HR Coordinator

Responsibilities:

As an HR Coordinator at AAH, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring the effective management of human resources. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a trusted advisor on all HR-related matters, providing support and assistance to both managers and employees.

• Ensuring proper and on time delivery of all HR administration processes (i.e. hiring / termination processes, employees’ files records, organizational charts)

• Administering employee benefits, such as health insurance and ticket restaurant cards.

• Administering the internships and volunteering contractual process and ensuring timely allocation of interns and volunteers.

• Managing HR expenses in the ERP system and liaising with external stakeholders for invoicing.

• Supporting the annual performance management process, by assisting in the implementation of the full cycle process.

• Supporting the recruitment process, including writing job posts, screening candidates, and conducting HR interviews.

• Facilitating employee induction processes.

• Providing requested data and documents to various departments.

• Handling administrative tasks related to Learning & Development activities.

• Contributing to the development of departmental strategic plans and budgets.

• Gathering, developing, and distributing internal communication materials in collaboration with the Head of People & Culture.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:

Academic degree in HRM, social-political studies, or business administration.

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a relevant HR position.

Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and labor law.

Experience with MIS systems, preferably ERP systems, and MS Excel.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently under strict deadlines.

Excellent command of both Greek and English, both oral and written.

A deep understanding of human rights, global poverty, and development issues.
