SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
We are seeking a senior product management leader with a complete understanding of the Sales and Partner business who will be responsible for collaborating with Sales leaders and Pure Digital Transformation GTM Application teams to focus on solutions that increase Sales productivity
- Drive and own the SFDC product solution needed to support and enable Pure Storage's sales business
- Evangelize the vision to cross-functional team, and stakeholders and ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company strategy
- Drive SFDC solution usability and adoption through close partnership with business stakeholders.
- Understand business needs and manage the SFDC solution roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Build trust with stakeholders through consistent and quality outcomes.
- Own requirements, specifications, and release plans.
- Collaborate with UX and the technology team to develop, test, and deliver assets to engineering.
- Own the measures used to define success for your product capability. Success measures must be defined at the inception and tracked throughout its lifecycle. Make measures visible to stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE…
The experienced candidate that we will identify has a very good understanding of direct and channel driven sales methodologies and trends and will have the credibility to be an advisor to the business to help scale engagement and enablement of the Go To Market systems. Your focus will be to design high level solutions that optimize performance of sales.
- 7+ years of technical/functional experience within sales/go-to-market, product management, or business development of SFDC enterprise applications
- 5+ years of enterprise application implementation experience of SFDC, Partner portal, or professional service is plus.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Experience in delivering products using agile methodology
- Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end GTM business processes is highly valued for this position
- Strong knowledge in data, analytics, and the enablement of online platforms or services, including expertise with SQL
- Proven ability to interact with a diverse set of technical and non-technical partners and to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a complex, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of effectively managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- An independent and creative thinker with demonstrated capacity to innovate, influence, and execute
- Experience with cross-functional senior stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or relevant experience
- Must be able to work in the office at least 3 days a week
