Evolv is seeking a dynamic Regional Channel Executive to drive partner recruitment, onboarding, and growth across the East Region. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the bridge between partners, customers, and our sales team.  Your work will help expand our mission of making public spaces safer. As a key interface between channel partners, customers, prospects and Evolv’s sales team, each channel account manager plays a critical role in ensuring we develop meaningful business relationships that drive revenue and ensure mutual success.  
 

You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and managing channel partners—setting clear expectations around program participation and aligning on mutual business objectives. A key part of this role is training and enabling partners to meet the rigorous standards Evolv sets for its products and services. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to support partner success, represent Evolv at trade shows and business development events, and help drive pipeline growth across key verticals including healthcare, K–12, workplace, and government. 

Success in the Role: What are performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? 

In the first 30 days you will: 

  • Engage with Account Executives and Partners to identify opportunities in the East Region
  • Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in your onboarding by proactively learning about Evolv's products, partner ecosystem and customer verticals
  • Share early observations that may improve partner engagement, sales strategy or internal processes.
  • Begin assessing partner capabilities and readiness, laying the foundation for training and enablement aligned with Evolv's high standards

Within 3 months you will: 

  • Take initiative in both group and independent settings to ensure Evolv, you and our partners are set up for success 
  • Build strong relationships across sales, technical sales, marketing, and other members of Evolv’s revenue organization 
  • Confidently present and demonstrate the Evolv value proposition in live and remote settings.  
  • Understand of the regional sales team’s top tier channel pipeline and strategy, and outline a support plan to meet quarterly quota.
  • Lead or Co-Lead a Proof of Concept, demo or pilot for opportunities in across each of our verticals 
  • Begin training and enabling partners to meet Evolv's high standard for product and service delivery
  • Identify and act on 3-5 quick win opportunities or process improvements that enhance partner performance and/or accelerate pipeline growth

By the end of your first year, you will: 

  • Have a complete understanding of all assigned channel partners, their business performance, all top tier sales opportunities within your territory
  • Actively contribute to all channel deals within your sub-region, serving as a strategic advisor to partners and internal teams 
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and biweekly pipeline reviews with the top partners, providing actionable insights and driving accountability in the region. 
  • Identify 24-36 incremental new opportunities through partner customer bases, contributing meaningfully to regional growth
  • Influence the evolution of partner enablement programs by sharing feedback, best practices, and scalable training strategies
  • Be recognized internally and externally as a trusted leader in the channel ecosystem, known for driving partner success and upholding Evolv's standards.   

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? 

Channel Activities:  

  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue. Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals. Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness. Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements. Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences. Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities. 

Training:  

  • Educate partners about the Evolv solutions portfolio and services offered. Provide onboarding training and ongoing sales training for partners. Ensure all partners have access to tools and resources through the Evolv Partner Portal.
