Senior Specialist Indirect Product Procurement (m/f/d) - Part Time 20 h/week

<p> </p> <p>Your areas of responsibilities:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Manage the procurement process for indirect categories</li> <li>Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance</li> <li>Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks</li> <li>Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and provide procurement support and guidance</li> <li>Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement and stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in procurement</li> <li>Mentor and coach junior members of the procurement team, sharing expertise and knowledge<br/>  </li> </ul> <p>Your profile of qualifications:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field</li> <li>Experience in indirect procurement, managing procurement projects and achieving cost savings targets</li> <li>Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, Hands-on mentality, with a focus on delivering practical solutions</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams</li> <li>Proficiency in procurement tools and software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office suite</li> <li>Fluent in English, good command of German language, minimum B2 level</li> </ul> <p> </p>
