R&D Project Management Senior Officer

Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract an R&D Project Management Senior Officer to join our Research & Development team at Pharmathen’s Metamorfosis premises.

More particularly:

What you will do:

• Follow the rules and guidelines of all territories and focuses on EU, USA, Canadian & ROW markets
• Prepare and update custom reports for project needs
• Act as liaison person with clients
• Prepare the quotations for any additional work required by the client
• Ensure that all projects’ timelines are met based on clients’ requirements and needs
• Interact with the relevant departments and ensure that the client is provided with the correct information
• Interact and inform the relevant departments about the clients’ requirements
• Communicate with Business Development in order to update them concerning the status of the projects
• Communicate with the clients (both by emails and T/C) in order to cover any technical and/or submission requests, as well as ensure that the progress of the project proceeds smoothly

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• MSc Degree in Chemistry or relevant field
• Prior experience in a similar role is considered an asset
• Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and meet timelines
• At least 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or equivalent experience
