<p></p><p><b>Join us and be part of a team who are truly passionate about providing independent, risk-based and objective assurance to our key partners.</b></p><p></p><p>We are looking for a<b> Chinese-speaking Internal Auditor</b><b> </b>with a can-do attitude and significant experience from an international company to be part of the Internal Audit function consisting of 6 colleagues based in Denmark, Poland and China.</p><p>In this role, you will plan, lead and conduct internal audits – remotely and on-site throughout the entire Hempel Group. With collaborator interfaces across multiple levels of the organization, is essential that you possess a high degree of professionalism, ethics and integrity, authority, communications and stakeholder management skills.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Conduct and lead internal audits and to some extent assisting with whistle-blower investigations</li><li>Lead planning and scoping of internal audits in cooperation with the Internal Audit team</li><li>Key responsibilities encompass primarily the execution of key tasks in agreed quality and within agreed deadlines</li><li>The execution of such tasks, whether assisting or being fully responsible requires that the employee can work on several tasks at the same time</li><li>High degree of independence and actively participate in the professional development of Internal Audit</li><li>Business partnering with VP-level and local management</li><li>Build and maintain internal relationships with key stakeholders</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications and competences</b></p><p><span><span>As our ideal candidate you have a deep </span><span>knowledge of Chinese culture and language</span><span>. As a Chinese speaking Internal Auditor you will be instrumental in carrying out internal audit activities in China</span><span> and other parts of Hempel.</span></span><span> </span></p><h2>The main requirements for the role have/are:</h2><ul><li>Strong communication skills including the ability to present findings in an objective and unbiased manner (verbal and written) in both<b> Chinese (Mandarin)</b> and <b>English</b></li><li>At least 5-8 years of experience from a Big 4 audit firm and/or an internal audit function in a multinational company</li><li>Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or the equivalent</li><li>Preferred certifications: CIA (Certified Internal Audit) / CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) / CPA (Certified Public Accountant)</li><li>Experience with D365, SAP and PowerBI is an advantage</li><li>Possess a high energy level and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic and changing environment</li><li>Self-motivated and ability to work independently and in a team environment</li><li>Professional maturity, impeccable ethics and integrity</li><li>Solid analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to act as a liaison to the business</li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>Application and further information</b></h2><p>The position is based in Lyngby, Denmark but could potentially also be based in Gdansk, Poland. Our corporate language is English.
