Get to Know the Opportunity:
Searching a for a CyberArk resource to support the Identity and Access Management Department. Resource will work on various CyberArk components including Core PAS, PSMP, OPM, and Conjur.
Resource will work on CyberArk component patching, major upgrades and enhancing build out of the CyberArk platform. Resource will also help to develop and champion Dev Sec Ops strategy and principles.
Please Note: Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule.
The Contributions You’ll Make:
- Provides technical leadership for key tasks including planning, delegating (where applicable) and task tracking with regards to securing and vaulting credentials.
- Assists Security staff, programmers and technical staff with implementing design solutions that meet Voya’s security controls.
- Participates in the development, maintenance, and testing of operating systems and applications security configurations.
- Reviews existing data systems security issues and procedures and makes recommendations to resolve gaps as necessary.
- Uses Security monitoring tools to review, investigate, and recommend appropriate corrective actions for data security incidents.
- Responds to problems for all levels of associates; participates in 24 X 7 production system security issue and event handling. Develops and maintains management reporting tools.
- Communicates with customers and management to ensure customers’ security requirements are met and in compliance with company standards.
- Develops processes to ensure Security is in compliance with policies and standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field.
- Four to six years of professional IT experience.
- Four years of experience with the CyberArk (or equivalent credential vaulting) platform
- Experience in security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications, and network protocols.
- Requires excellent analytical ability, consultative and communication skills, and strong judgement.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
