ESG Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Customer Journey Expert responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our ESG platform. ING uses this platform to offer ESG-related products and services in the Netherlands and Belgium, including the ESG module in the mobile banking app, the backend, APIs, and more. This job opening is in the ESG Area of our Tribe.</span></p><p></p><p><span><b>The Team:</b></span></p><p><span>We are a product delivery area that helps the Wholesale Bank provide solutions to measure and manage our emissions, client transition plans, ESG-related data, and any business intelligence we can drive from that data to help steer our business. We use specific tools such as Gaia for emissions management.</span></p><p></p><p><span><b>What You Will Do:</b></span></p><p><span>Together with your team, product teams within our tribe, discovery teams, and others, you will work on:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Delivering the calculation engine which processes and showcases the convergence path as well as the related sector performance in reducing our emissions to Net Zero (Terra Approach)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Offering the toolkit to capture manage and make discretionary decision based on the transition plans of our customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Implementing &amp; maintaining the necessary sustainability data feeds that reflect ING’s ESG priorities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Creating and maintaining ESG related data that can be used for business steering as well as confirming to the changing regulatory requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Managing and improving the processes we use to deliver ESG data to our users</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>What You Bring:</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>You are data-oriented and willing to dive deep into our ESG platform to improve and automate the main flows of data that fuel our services</span></p></li><li><p><span>You are passionate and knowledgeable about ESG and have a feeling for what information and tooling clients need to make sustainable investment decisions</span></p></li><li><p><span>You are interested in sustainability and its role in the SSG domain</span></p></li><li><p><span>You have experience working in a multidisciplinary team with engineers and CJEs/business analysts</span></p></li><li><p><span>You can bridge the gap between business and tech, and together with the team refine the epics, features, and stories that the engineers implement in the app</span></p></li><li><p><span>You are organized, able to juggle multiple priorities, and combine project management skills with a focus on delivery</span></p></li><li><p><span>You enjoy context switching from solving incidents to technical refinement, discussions with suppliers, and designing new solutions to help our clients</span></p></li><li><p><span>You can manage internal and external stakeholders to gather the right input and manage expectations on our roadmap</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>About This Position:</b></span></p><p><span>We prefer candidates with a Master's Degree or similar experience level.
