In scope Run and Maintenance service, 2nd and 3rd Level support, change requests, projects, currently for SAP ERP version.</span></p><p></p><p><span><span><b>You will be responsible for:</b></span></span></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Provide 2nd and 3rd Level support for SAP HCM Time Management (PT/TE) solutions, ensuring high-quality service for German customers.</span></li><li><span>Maintain and enhance existing SAP HCM Time Management configurations, including time evaluation schemas and rules.</span></li><li><span>Support change requests and drive implementation of enhancements in SAP HCM modules, particularly in Time Management.</span></li><li><span>Ensure seamless integration of Time Management with related modules like Payroll (PY-DE), Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM).</span></li><li><span>Analyze and resolve system issues, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.</span></li><li><span>Provide expert guidance on HR business processes and best practices related to Time Management.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and propose solutions.</span></li><li><span>Assist in the migration of classic SAP HCM solutions to modern SAP technologies, such as S/4HANA, H4S4, and SuccessFactors.</span></li><li><span>Document system changes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance with internal standards.</span></li></ul><p></p><p>​<b>We require:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><span>5+ years of professional experience in the fields of consulting, implementation, and application support of complex HCM solutions with strong focus on Time Management (PT/TE). Knowledge in related areas like Payroll (PY-DE), Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), strong understanding of related HR business processes.</span></li><li><span>Hands-On practice and implementation knowledge in PT/TE – time evaluation including developing and customizing schemas and rules, knowledge of integration with Payroll.</span></li><li><span>Desirable experience in the migration of classic SAP HCM solutions and integration with SAP’s new technologies (S/4HANA, H4S4, SuccessFactors).</span></li><li><span>Fluency in German and English.</span></li><li><span>High analytical and problem-solving abilities.</span></li><li><span>Commitment to the realization of assigned tasks.</span></li><li><span>Strong teamwork skills.</span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Why would you join us?</b><br/><span>As a team, we offer our knowledge, experience, support, sympathy and honesty.
