Job DetailsJob Location: Click Bond Carson City - Carson City, NV 89706Job Shift: DayThe People Operations Generalist plays a key role in supporting Click Bond’s full employee lifecycle. This position is responsible for stewarding traditional HR responsibilities, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance initiatives and reporting, data analysis, and policy implementation. The role partners closely with leaders and employees across the organization to enhance workplace culture, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional People Operations support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Core Operations & Employee Experience

Serve as a trusted HR partner by providing genuine support to employees and managers to enable clarity on policies, employee relations matters, and workplace practices to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring integrity of data within the HRIS and adherence to retention, compliance, regulatory, and audit requirements.
Support HR compliance programs by monitoring regulatory changes, reviewing policies, and proactively recommending updates to ensure the organization meets all federal, state, and local employment requirements.
Coordinate and support employee programs related to benefits, leave management (including FMLA/LOA), HR metrics, to enhance the overall employee experience.
Support managers and employees to navigate sensitive matters such as performance concerns, corrective actions, workplace conflict, and investigations, ensuring proper documentation, partnership with external experts when necessary, and adherence to all company and regulatory standards. 
Partner with Organizational Development to leverage the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure that all appropriate compliance-based training is scheduled proactively and conducted in an effective manner.
Reinforce positive organizational culture by supporting initiatives that promote communication, recognition, collaboration, psychological safety, and employee engagement across the company.
Facilitate job description updates and accuracy within the company’s Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS), ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs.
Serves as a trusted steward of confidential business and employee information, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and sound judgment in all interactions.  

HR Data, Systems & Reporting

Maintain and enhance data accuracy in the HRIS; produce necessary analysis and reporting to support decision-making and ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal standards.
Support timekeeping and payroll-related processes by ensuring correct data submission, accuracy of employee hours, and adherence to payroll deadlines and all regulatory requirements.  
Participate in onboarding activities as needed to help new employees feel welcomed, informed, and aligned with company culture.
Collaborate with the People Operations team and Talent Acquisition Specialist to support ongoing recruiting processes, tools, and documentation.
Report immediately all suspicious and hazardous conditions to a supervisor.
Understand and observe all safety guidelines and ensure quality and safety by complying with all appropriate Click Bond policies and procedures.
Assist in maintaining clean, orderly and hazard-free work areas.
Able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and be detail oriented.

QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
• Advanced PC skills with proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred experience with Paycom software or ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
• Awareness of OSHA regulations and compliance
• Understanding of personnel and compliance records management

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or related field required
• 3 - 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
