JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Nittany Lions Read/Nittany Lions Count Federal Work-Study Program (NLR/NLC) is seeking applicants to join our program for the 2024/2025 academic year to work in early childhood, elementary school, and afterschool classrooms in the community.
NLR/NLC students assist and support the staff, engage directly with the children, and provide one-on-one and/or small-group instruction. Candidates should be prepared to make a 6-8 hour per week commitment. Hourly rates for NLR/NLC participants begin at $14/hour.

This position will require the acquisition of a NSOR Verification and the Three-Public Clearances for Employment:
• PA State Police Criminal Background Check
• PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form
• FBI Criminal Background Check.
