Warehouse Counter

Overview

Front Counter – Help Employees search for and find parts. Assist in all warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Search and find parts
• Enter charge tickets into warehouse computer system.
• Match and verify receiving paperwork for incoming parts.
• Mark and store each part with SDI part number and correlating storage location.
• Create new tags and location for any new part item.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks.
• Verify inbound/outbound paperwork with delivery.
• Investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with cycle counts.
• Operate fork truck/overhead crane operation.
• General warehouse keeping.

 

Qualifications

• Dedication to safety and teamwork.
• Crane/forklift experience.
• Warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical parts.
• Computer knowledge.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects.
• Strong Math skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Positive attitude.
